Current Openings

Internship Opportunity: Agriculture or Engineering (Paksong)

You will: gain hands-on experience on real projects with mentorship and industry networking; potential for full-time conversion.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Agriculture or Engineering; full-time 3-month availability; fast learner with good communication; two languages (Lao/English/Chinese) preferred.

Internship Opportunity: Project Assistant/
Eng–Lao Translator (Paksong)

Who We’re Looking For:
– University students (English major or related field preferred)
– Strong English communication skills
– Responsible, eager to learn, positive attitude
– Can stay on farm during internship (accommodation provided)
What You’ll Do:
– Translate and interpret English ↔ Lao for meetings and technical instructions
– Assist project management with admin and coordination tasks
– Support farm expansion activities

HR & Admin Specialist

Responsibilities:
– Manage HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
– Oversee administrative tasks and support smooth daily operations
– Maintain compliance with local labor regulations
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player
